About me

I was one of those children who couldn't sit still for 5 minutes, and now I'm one of those adults who can't sit still for 2! Rather than driving myself insane, I started using those spare moments to create unique presents for friends and their children. I love to give gifts that mean something to the receiver, to show that I've thought about them in the process and in return, people just love it! I can't tell you how delighted folk are to receive handmade “things” that are personal to them. The complaint I always get - “I wish I had free time to do stuff like this”, well now you don't have to – I'll do it for you! I love to create things from lovely bright fabric, all things retro make me smile and personalised jewellery is the way forward - who wants to wear the same as everyone else?! I use vintage/recycled material when it's of high enough quality, my packaging is made from recycled paper (and I would encourage you to re-use any boxes your gift comes in!) and I offer gift wrapping to save you postage and send direct to your loved ones...you have to check out my everlasting wrapping too, every eco-warriors dream for gifting!
